Minimums vary by product type. Most bulk orders begin at 15–25 pieces. We’ll confirm minimums based on your selected item.

How far in advance should I place my order?
For weddings and events over 75 pieces, we recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks in advance.

For orders over 150–200 pieces, 6–8 weeks is strongly recommended to ensure production quality and timeline security.

Can you accommodate very large orders (200+ pieces)?
Yes, depending on production schedule and timeline. Large orders require extended lead time and early confirmation. Availability is limited during peak wedding season.

Can I customize each piece individually?
Yes. Many bulk orders include individual names, dates, or titles (e.g., bridal party names, team numbers). We’ll confirm artwork and personalization details before production begins.

Do you offer on-site engraving for events?
Yes. We provide live, on-site engraving for weddings, brand activations, and private events throughout NYC and Long Island. This creates a personalized guest experience and eliminates pre-event guesswork.

Can I see a proof before production?
For bulk orders, we provide a digital mockup for approval prior to production to ensure all details are correct.

What materials are your pieces made from?
Materials vary by style, but most of our jewelry is crafted from surgical-grade stainless steel and finished with 18K Gold PVD for long-lasting shine and durability — made for everyday wear. Check products description for full details.

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is thoughtfully made, and we want it to feel just right. Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn and in original condition.

Because personalized pieces are custom-made, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there’s ever an issue, please reach out — we’ll make it right.

If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible. Because many of our pieces are made to order, production often begins quickly. While we can’t guarantee modifications once processing has started, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
